The year is 2019. All three Potter children and their Weasley cousins are now Hogwarts students but aside from following their adventures, the RPG's plot also incorporates characters from crossover worlds such as Little Women, The Virgin Suicides, Chuck, Pushing Daisies, Dexter, True Blood, Weeds, Skins, 10 Things and many more. Prior knowledge of the crossover books and shows is unnecessary, as they are explained in our Crossover Characters Guide. Crossover characters can simply be treated like Original Characters by roleplayers who are unfamiliar with their personalities. All members need is a love for the Harry Potter universe, intermediate to advanced writing skills, a good attitude, and a willingness to integrate themselves into the RPG's tight-knit, friendly community.

Instead of returning to Hogwarts after the war, Harry and Ron trained to become Aurors and have built solid careers for themselves. Harry is now Head of the Aurors and is personally overseeing the Auror Training of his Godson, Teddy Lupin. Hermione, despite previously expressing no interest in a law career, decided to put her knowledge of combatting the dark arts to use by joining the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. She worked her way up through the ranks steadily and in April 2019, she was made Head of the Department. Hogwarts re-opened almost immediately the following school year after EXTENSIVE repairs. Minerva McGonagall took over as Headmistress, and has remained as such. Many other Professors have retired since, while alumni such as Lavender Finnigan (nee Brown), Neville Longbottom and Mafalda Peverell (née Prewett, cousin of the Weasleys - albeit one who is disliked by the majority of them) returned to teach. Neville, however, left Hogwarts to become the Head of Medicinal Magical Plant Research at St. Mungo's Hospital at the end of 2018. Contrary to some expectations, Slytherin house was not abolished. However, it has become a lot more diluted in its harsher characteristics since the end of the war, and many within the house have been working to smash old stereotypes by actively promoting the more positive Slytherin traits such as ambition, drive, shrewdness, resourcefulness, cunning (for the purpose of good, not evil) and leadership. Horace Slughorn retired as a Professor and the Head of Slytherin many years after the Battle of Hogwarts. It is now headed by Professor Eric Northman, a vampire - who, for obvious reasons, is not a Pureblood by any means. While it still contains a small number of undesirable students, Slytherin is no longer the Pureblood supremacist bastion it once was. Instead, it has been struggling for the past 21 years to repair its damaged reputation and unify with the other three houses. This goal has not entirely been achieved but progress has been made and Slytherin, led by its non-human Head of House, now contains its fair share of Half-Blood and Muggleborn students. Also, all remaining Death Eaters were imprisoned after the Battle of Hogwarts, with the exception of the Malfoys. They weaselled out of Azkaban due to their lack of active combat during the final Battle of Hogwarts, and in light of Narcissa protecting Harry Potter from Voldemort in the forest. Nevertheless, they were fined heavily for their contributions to Voldemort's cause, and lost most of their family fortune. To contribute to society and demonstrate their penance, the Malfoys donated almost all their money to the Wizarding Tourism Board of Britain to build a grand new tourist attraction aimed at luring wizarding tourists back to the country after the war. They personally oversaw the development and construction of Ambrosia - the first all-wizarding city in Britain. Ambrosia, built underneath the Stonehenge, was developed into a luxe wizarding settlement with a main central strip that rivals Muggle Las Vegas. Boutiques, upscale stores, theme parks, hotels, inns, restaurants, taverns and casinos line this strip, and The Ambrosia Astoria (a hotel with five star House Elf service) sits in the middle of it all. It is this hotel that has helped to restore the Malfoy family fortune, for Lucius Malfoy invested what little money he could scrape together after his losses and built this establishment for his family to run as a business. Twenty years later, his son, Draco, has taken over the Astoria and it is the most famous luxury hotel in all of Britain. Finally, Dolores Umbridge was imprisoned for crimes against Muggles, violation of human rights and child abuse. --------------------
